The Creative Associates Program provides placements for early-career artists. Embedded within our professional productions, Creative Associates gain first-hand insight into the process of making new work - from concept to opening night.

Working alongside established practitioners, participants develop practical skills, build networks, and receive tailored mentorship to support their growth. The program champions new voices in the rehearsal room while strengthening the ecology of the wider theatre sector.
