ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

Heather Fairbairn is a regionally-based, award-winning theatre and opera director. She has directed for Bell Shakespeare, Queensland Theatre Company, La Boite Theatre Company, NORPA (Northern Rivers Performing Arts), Victorian Opera, and Opera Australia. Internationally, she has collaborated with the Royal Court Theatre, Royal Opera House, Arcola Theatre, and Schaubühne Berlin. Her practice spans classical texts, new writing, music, live-cinema and interdisciplinary performance.

CREATIVE PRODUCER

Claire Atkins is a producer, artist, and actor working across visual arts and performance. She is a graduate of the UNSW College of Fine Arts, and in the last seven years has turned her considerable energies to include live performance. An exciting and highly versatile actor, Claire’s recent performances include: High Tide by Everybody NOW for Bleach Festival at HOTA, Love For One Night by NORPA at The Eltham Hotel, Vivid White by Eddie Perfect for BTC and Brunswick Picture House and Zero Gravity by Bianca Blades for La Boite Theatre, Brisbane.

ASSOCIATE ARTIST

Jessica Palfrey is an Australian playwright, director and designer. She has worked with companies including Queensland Theatre Company, La Boite Theatre Company, Metro Arts, and Queensland Conservatorium of Music. She previously worked as a dance teacher and choreographer both in Brisbane and her home town, Byron Bay.
